Founded by Amanda and Dr. Sean Dittman, Cibolo, Texas natives, our clinic is rooted in the belief that personalized and holistic care is essential for achieving optimal health and happiness.

Our Founding Story

Affinity Family Care was born out of a deeply personal journey and a shared passion for

wellness. Dr. Sean Dittman, a seasoned healthcare professional, and his wife Amanda, a dedicated

advocate for holistic living, came together with a common vision – to create a space where

individuals and families could receive comprehensive care that goes beyond the traditional

medical approach and to be treated as ones own family.

Dr. Dittman journey began two decades ago when he first stepped into the world of nursing. His

dedication and genuine concern for his patients quickly set him apart. Over the years, he gained

invaluable experience across various medical settings, building a foundation of knowledge and

compassion. However, it was his longing to offer more holistic and personalized care with a

family focus that ultimately led him and Amanda to the creation of Affinity Family Care.

Meet the team

Meet Dr. Sean Dittman, DNP, FNP

Dr. Dittman began his nursing career in 2003 in San Antonio. Over his 20 plus years of nursing experience, he has spent most of his career in critical care environments like the emergency department and the cardiovascular intensive care unit.

In 2012 he decided to pursue advanced practice nursing to serve families in the community.

He is now a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner trained in diagnosing and treating the entire family, from infants to geriatrics. Opening his own practice with his wife, Amanda who is a Licensed Vocational Nurse, they wanted to bring quality individualized family care to the community they were raised in. We now have on site laboratory services.

Behind every successful man is a woman with unwavering support and a shared dream.

Amanda Dittman, Dr. Dittman's wife, is the heart and soul of holistic living at Affinity Family Care. Her nursing background as an Licensed Vocational Nurse in Womens Health and Newborns gave her a love for wellness from the start of life. Her deep appreciation for natural remedies, balanced nutrition, and mindful practices has influenced the clinic's approach to healthcare.

Amanda's passion for people is not just a philosophy but a way of life. She firmly believes that the connection between mind, body, and spirit is pivotal to achieving lasting health. Her contributions to Affinity Family Care extend beyond the clinic's services – she curates educational and family resources for the community as well as the public relations for the clinic in her role as the Clinic Administrator.
